I screwed my life, worked for shifts , didn't go for lunch to meet deliverable on time , at the end manager says you only meet my expectation , u get a 3/5.
I left my work to update manager's excels, laughed on his/her lifeless jokes , rebuked innocent juniors just because my manager wanted me to do so , finally I flattered above expectations , I get a 4/5 .
